Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Only Texas residents must pay an 8.25% tax on all orders.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders.

Then click on "Review orders / track packages" from the My Orders section. A list of all orders that you have placed during the last month will be displayed. You may select a different time period from the dropdown menu to display previous orders.

Select the order that you want to review and click on the "View or change order" button. You will be taken to the Order Details page, where you may see a breakdown of all charges on that particular order.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  To print an invoice of your order please follow the instructions below:

1. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.

2. Click on "Print Invoices" from the My Orders section. A list of all orders that you have placed during the last month will be displayed. You may select a different time period from the dropdown menu to display previous orders.

3. Click on the "View or change order" button for the order that you want to print an invoice. You will be directed to the Order Details page.

4. Find a "Need to print an invoice" button at the top of the Order Details page.
